This school at Gwalior, was established in the year 1996, under the mentorship of Er. Vinay Kumar Jhalani. This institution is affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (Affiliation number is 1030137) the National body of the Government of India in Secondary Education.

Central Academy School is a co-educational, independent day school from pre-school to Class XII. CAS is affiliated to CBSE and follows a blend of KG and CEN POWER curriculum for early learning. CAS is dedicated to providing academic knowledge and preparation for responsible citizenship and prides itself on the attention given to each individual student.
